  • Preparing Academic Staff Usage Permit letters, submitting them to the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) via YÖKSİS, and preparing/sending job advertisements for publication following approval.
  • Processing the appointments of academic personnel.
  • Recording academic personnel movements (commencements and departures) into the YÖKSİS program.
  • Managing the allocation  and reduction of academic and administrative staff positions.
  • Carrying out procedures related to the Specialty Examination in Medicine (TUS).
  • Carrying out procedures related to the Minor Specialty Examination in Medicine (YDUS).
  • Carrying out procedures related to the Specialty Examination in Dentistry (DUS).
  • Managing administrative personnel appointments; conducting correspondence regarding staff recruited via transfer or the Public Personnel Selection Examination (KPSS), and processing the appointments of candidates placed after the examination.
  • Processing appointments within the scope of legislation regarding personnel recruitment under the Social Services Law No. 2828 (SHÇEK) and the Anti-Terror Law No. 3713.
  • Entering requests through the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services online system for the recruitment of personnel with disabilities.
  • Reporting the status of academic and administrative personnel to the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services (e-application) in quarterly periods via BÜMKO (e-budget).
  • Managing correspondence with juries from other universities, as determined by the University Administrative Board, regarding Associate Professorship oral examinations and applications for Professor and Associate Professor positions.
  • Conducting administrative correspondence with other public institutions and organizations (including requests for consent).
  • Reporting correspondence regarding State Service Obligations to the Council of Higher Education and the Ministry of Health.
  • Publishing job advertisements (Academic, Administrative, and Contracted) in the Official Gazette and reporting them to the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services.
  • Announcing and publishing the preliminary and final evaluation results for the recruitment of teaching staff (Lecturers, Specialists, Instructors, etc.) on the University’s official website.
  • Handling correspondence with the Council of Higher Education regarding domestic and international assignments on behalf of the Faculty Training Program (ÖYP) Coordination Office (pursuant to Articles 33, 35, and 39 of Law No. 2547).
  • Managing ÖYP allowance/funding requests.
  • Tracking and managing the personal affairs of ÖYP Research Assistants.
